The Hout Street Gallery in Paarl was established in 1975. From small beginnings, it has grown to be the foremost of its kind in the Western Cape, showcasing works by both established and new South African artists. The Gallery is an extension of our home, which is Georgian in style, and boasts the oldest original shop front in Paarl. The Gallery itself has four large exhibition rooms and our adjoining upmarket gift shop offers a wide range of gifts and crafts, ceramics, bronzes and hand-blown glass and also stocks a comprehensive range of Carrol Boyes functional art. Enjoy a visit to our Gallery with its relaxed atmosphere and personal service.

David & Elizabeth Jackson established Red Hot Glass 10 years ago. Initially set up in Johannesburg, they moved their Studio to the Cape at the end of 2002 - and are now established on the Seidelberg Wine Estate, on the beautiful Wine Route of the Western Cape. At Red Hot Glass you can watch the fascinating process of molten glass being blown and formed into works of art.
