Please select a set menu to suit your and your guests taste. The meals below are a short selection of what we have offered at Cascade Country Manor, but your selection is not limited to this. You are also welcome to make suggestions and our chef will gladly create a menu prepared to your taste and preferences. All prices quoted below are based on a set menu without offering a selection to your guests. Please note that offering a selection to your guests for any course will result in an increase in the menu price.

BUFFET SELECTION
The price for the buffet selection below is based on the number of choices indicated in the brackets. You are welcome to choose a different variety and number dishes. We will price your menu accordingly, but please note that no buffet will be quoted at less than R 125.– per guest. The buffet is prepared only for a minimum of 20 guests.
