A 4-part series of workshop retreats -
Throughout the journey you will learn how your personal values, strengths, capabilities and talents all
work together to build resilience and how to be accountable, take responsibility and learn to navigate
the consequences of our actions as well as those of others.

 Each part is carefully planned to ensure we give attention to feed the mind, body and soul.
 Each part can be attended individually, as we use a reflective approach to bridge the parts

We easily connect with those we feel are likeminded and we love the gratification when we find
someone thinking in the same way we do, but how about connecting with someone that does not
share our values, opinions, likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses? How about becoming quiet and
just focus on listening to find out what we are not hearing and then connecting through sincere
In this 3 rd part of our series we purposefully look at how we connect and relate to others. We will
explore how we inspire others, how we work with others, how we open ourselves and being receptive
to being different.
We will practice and learn to listen to others with respect and openness. We will learn how to open
our hearts and minds to see and hear things we have never heard or seen before. This opens
pathways to connect through sincere conversation and further explore the endless possibilities of
connecting with others.
